Seasoned Baked Fries

Ingredients
| Potatoes, scrubbed | as desired | |
| Olive oil | as needed | |
| Butter | to taste | |
| Garlic salt | to taste |
Directions
- Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges (about 8 wedges for each potato).
- Spread out onto prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with a mixture of olive oil and melted butter.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Bake at 400 F for 40 minutes.
