Helen B. - Baking Tester

I volunteered as a Baking Tester when Robin first started this website many years ago. I had the opportunity to try recipes with alternative flours such as millet, spelt, buckwheat and brown rice. It was an interesting and tasty challenge! Most of the recipes turned out quite well and are featured below. Included also, are a few of my own recipes. Right now spelt is my flour of choice when baking as I find it more digestible than wheat.
