Cheese Toss on a Bun

Ingredients
Finely grated cheese, or crumbled feta | to taste | |
Chopped green onions | to taste | |
Chopped parsley and basil | to taste | |
Diced tomatoes | to taste | |
Mustard, humus, miso or non-hydrogenated margarine as a spread | to taste | |
Sprouts | to taste | |
Multi-grain bun(s) | as needed |
Directions
- Toss together cheese, green onions, parsley, basil and tomatoes.
- Cut the buns in half and spread on the mustard (or your choice of spread).
- On one half put down some sprouts and then the cheese mix. Top it with more sprouts and cap it off with the other half of the bun.
