Sautéed Collards & Tart Apples
About
Not all dishes at a holiday meal need to be complex. This quick and easy recipe will round out your meal with some nice healthy greens! Also great for everyday cooking. You can substitute kale or spinach for collards.
Ingredients
Oil | 1 tsp | |
Collards, washed and chopped into bite sized pieces | 1 bunch collards | |
Apples tart, peeled and diced | 2 ea | |
Lemon juice | 2 tsp | |
Garlic, crushed | 2 cloves | |
Mustard powder | 1/4 tsp |
Directions
- In a skillet, sauté all ingredients together over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
