Seasoned Baked Fries

Quick, easy, yummy and healthier than the deep fried variety. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Potatoes, scrubbed as desired
Olive oil as needed
Butter to taste
Garlic salt to taste

Directions

  1. Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges (about 8 wedges for each potato).
  2. Spread out onto prepared baking sheet.
  3. Brush with a mixture of olive oil and melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
  5. Bake at 400 F for 40 minutes.
