Sunburn Spray

About
A soothing, calming remedy for sunburn that’s quick and easy to whip up. Makes about 2/3 cup. For other summer remedies please see our article Natural Summer First Aid Kit.
Ingredients
| Lavender essential oil | 1/2 tsp | |
| Aloe Vera juice | 1/2 cup | |
| Vitamin E oil | 1 tsp | |
| Apple Cider Vinegar | 1 Tbsp |
Directions
- Combine ingredients and store in a spritzer bottle.
- Shake well before use.
- Apply as often as needed to reduce pain and speed healing.
- Keep a bottle in the refrigerator for extra cooling relief.
