CHOOSING YOUR AVATAR:
 
If you have your own personal logo relevant to the nutrition field you may use that image. Otherwise you may use any fruit, vegetable, herb, spice, etc for your avatar (with the exception of a green apple as that is the logo for this site).
 
We recommend choosing simple, easily identifiable foods. Roundish shapes work best as the software crops these photos in a circle. Tall skinny foods like carrots and cucumbers will end up being very small or looking like stumps unless you go for a slice of that food.
 
If you are interested in body care or cleaning recipes, you may wish to select a flower or other plant commonly used for essential oils.
