Nat’s Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies are yummy and not too sweet. So easy to make! Can be consumed by those on a gluten-free diet if gluten-free oats (such as Only Oats) are used. This recipe is tagged as dairy-free. If following that diet ensure you choose dairy-free chocolate chips.

Yield: 7 big or 11 small cookies
Ingredients
Organic crunchy peanut butter | 1 cup | |
Egg | 1 ea | |
Rolled oats | 1/2 cup | |
Cane sugar | 1/2 cup | |
Chocolate chips | 1/4 cup | |
Vanilla | 1 tsp |
Directions
- Toss everything in a bowl.
- Form balls and flatten with a fork.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 325 F.
